We are a friendly, informal group that enjoys learning about - and sometimes researching - topics from a wide range of aspects of the natural world.

We enjoy learning about and researching different topics in various aspects of the natural environment. We visit many local venues in spring, summer and autumn and sometimes travel further afield. During the winter months we meet in the comfort of Abbots Wood Manor Care home.

We also have Guest Speakers, show films and occasionally have a topical quiz. We arrange optional whole and half-day Field Trips, for which we encourage car-sharing.
