Family history is a fascinating subject and there is a lot of interest in it. There are so many places where information can be found but there is nothing to match having like-minded people to talk things over with and discuss problems.

Our group exists to foster an interest and develop our knowledge of the history of our families through genealogy. We do not do YOUR family history but all of us help each other. Some members have a lot of expertise in specific areas, others have good knowledge gained through researching their own families whilst some are 'newcomers' who are looking for advice on where to start.

We have talks often by our own members, discussion groups, problem solving, question times etc. Whatever your level of expertise, you will be assured of a warm welcome.
